What are photo printed scrubs?

Our photo printed scrubs are designed to help you smile and glow a whole lot more throughout the day!
Its simple, just upload your favorite photo and follow the quick and easy direction on our site. We will have your picture professionally printed directly onto your scrub top pocket, so you can customize your uniform and share a piece of your world with your patients.

What type of photo is best to upload?

A.

We recommend images no smaller then 5″ x 5″ at 300dpi for the highest quality printing.
Please make sure your file size is under 5 MB. Most photos from your digital camera fall within the specifications.
Please note: pulling images from the internet or websites such as facebook will usually not be high enough quality for printing.

Can I return or exchange a photo printed scrub?

A.

Yes, we will accept an exchange of your photo printed scrub for a different size.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return since your scrub was personally customized.

Does Scrub Ink offer corporate discounts?

A.

Yes, we specialize in corporate orders! In addition our graphic designers can personally assist you in developing the right professional look for your business. From printing to embroidery, we can create a custom look sure to please everyone on staff. Our designers can also work with you to help create a brand identity, creating professional and well designed logos.
Incentive pricing can also be arranged for our corporate customers. Just email us at customerservice@scrubink.com and our professional staff will arrange a program to best suit your needs.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

A.

At Scrub Ink all our garments are custom made in our New York City factory. Graphic scrubs will be shipped with in a week of your purchase and our original scrubs can be shipped next day. Custom photo printed scrub may take up to two weeks.

How can I tell if my order has been received?

A.

As soon as you complete your order a screen with “order status” will appear. This screen will have your order ID number and order total, including shipping costs. You will also receive an email confirmation immediately upon placing your order. If you are using e-mail filters or blockers, please make sure that you can receive emails from scrubink.com so that e-mail notices can be received.
Each customer will have a personal area where it is possible to check your order details and status.

How do I check the status of my order?

A.

When your order is shipped you will receive an automatically generated e-mail from UPS, advising you that your order has been shipped and supplying you with a tracking number.
